ESSE -esittävän taiteen kesäjuhla kaupungin sykkeessä ja luonnon syleilyssä
ESSE -esittävän taiteen kesäjuhla järjestetään kolmatta kertaa 29.7.2023 Helsingin Seurasaaressa. Kesäjuhlat tuo yhteen taiteilijoita ja taiteen ystäviä ainutlaatuisella tavalla, jossa esittävä taide kohtaa luonnon ja museomiljöön harmonisesti.

Ohjelmistossa nähdään muun muassa Hollywoodin Magic Castlessakin esiintynyt taikuri Robert Jägerhorn yhdessä theremin pioneerin Susanna Viljanmaan kanssa, monitaiteellisen TARGET Helsinki ensemblen paikkasidonnainen nykytanssiteos BUSKING, sekä Arctic Ensemblen päätähuimaava sirkusesitys Tuuliajolla. Koko ohjelmisto julkaistaan pian.

Tapahtuma alkaa iloisella ohjelmalla, joka on suunnattu lasten kanssa vieraileville ja jatkuu aikuisemmalle katsojakunnnalle suunnatuilla poikkitaiteellisemmilla esityksillä. Esityksiä nähdään Seurasaaren ulkomuseon tunnelmallisessa ympäristössä ja saaren kuvankauniissa luonnossa.
ESSE -esittävän taiteen kesäjuhlan tuottaa Agit-Cirk ja se on toteutettu yhteistyössä Seurasaaren ulkomuseon kanssa.

ESSE festival for performing arts
The ESSE festival for performing arts will take place for the third time in Seurasaari, Helsinki on 29.7.2023. The festival brings together artists and art lovers in a unique way where performing arts meet with nature and the museum environment harmoniously.
The festival programme includes the internationally known magician Robert Jägerhorn’s and theremin pioneer Susanna Viljanmaa’s performance, Arctic Ensemble’s sailing streetshow Adrift, contemporary dance performance BUSKING by the multidisciplinary ensemble TARGET Helsinki and many other masters of the performing arts. The full program will be announced soon!
The programme starts with performances for the whole family and continues with more interdisciplinary performances for the adult audience. The performances will be seen in the atmospheric environment of Seurasaari Open-Air Museum and in the beautiful nature of the island.

The ESSE festival is produced by Agit-Cirk and made in collaboration with Seurasaari Open-Air museum.
